On the first Friday of every month, the beautiful setting of Cellule 133 vibrates to the sound of forró.
This month, Trio da Colina are our band of choice! Based in France, blending Brazilian and French musical talent, they will keep you dancing all night long.

|| Trio da Colina
Trio da Colina was formed in Paris by singer Rafa Goulart, percussionist Pizeca and French accordion player Marion Sanfoneira. Their name pays hommage to the Forró da Colina event which takes place once a year since 2018 in Ardèche. The two Brazilian musicians joined Marion, impressed by her talent and commitment, and together are making their mark on the European scene. Luiz Gonzaga, Dominguinhos, Jackson Pandeiro, Sivuca, Alceu Valença, Zé Ramalho, Geraldo Azevedo, along with many other artists, are evoked in their repertoire, as well as their own compositions.

Organising forró parties is expensive and takes a lot of work, but the ticket prices are still relatively low. So inspired by other dance communities (thanks Frisse Folk!), we are trial-running a Fair Trade Price for our parties.
