It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the second Be Forró Weekend! Join us from 6th to 8th March for a weekend full of forró, fun, food and festivities.

From the welcoming Friday night dinner and party to the amazing live concert on Saturday, from a full afternoon of workshops on Saturday to relaxing Sunday brunch and dancing; this weekend is an opportunity to hit the dancefloor hard and bring all of the forró community together, from Brussels and beyond!

Block this weekend in your diary, get your dancing shoes ready and tell your friends. The Be Forró Weekend is coming...


|| PROGRAMME
This year we're taking you back to the origins of forró, to the north-east of Brazil, where music, dance and culture are inseparable.

To guide you through "as matrizes do forró" we have three wonderful teachers:
- Carlos Valverde (Toulouse)
- Anax & Fany (London)
- Amanda Lopes Veloso (Fortaleza/Lille)
who will bring the Brazilian culture to life through their dance and music workshops.

Friday night will be dedicated to Brazilian food and DJs, then on Saturday evening, Carlos Valverde and Forró Magnetico will keep you dancing all night long! On Sunday afternoon, we chill out with an auberge espagnole brunch, music workshop (optional extra) and lots of dancing.

- Be Forró Supporters get two days of priority sign-up! Priority registrations open on Friday 31st January (via email).
- Registrations for full and party passes open on Sunday 2nd February.
- Pick'n'mix registrations open on Sunday 9th February for individual events within the programme.

It will be possible to pay for workshops and parties on the door if spaces remain. We'll announce that a few days before the event.
